Active information collection includes registration of the above-mentioned information and the option to receive periodic e-mail newsletters promoting new products and coupons. Newsletters also invite members to participate in voluntary surveys that ask questions regarding food preferences and consumer habits, as they relate to Taco Bell®, it's products and advertising/marketing activities. Participation in the survey often enters the member into a prize contest, in which case, we will use the information collected to contact the winner(s) of the contests and award the prizes. Participation in these surveys and/or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
