Official Rules and Regulations for current Contests and Sweepstakes held by GenXmex.com
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. To enter, access the website at GenXmex.com and follow the directions for "Win Free Taco Bell® Food For A Year" (herein referred to as "Food for a Year"). Or, go into any participating GenXmex Taco Bell® restaurant in the St. Louis area and fill out an entry/registration form for the Customer Crunch™ and/or Birthday Club programs. "Food for a Year" promotion begins in January 1st, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on December 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. or upon receipt by Sponsor of a total of three hundred thousand (300,000) eligible entries, whichever comes first. One (1) "Food for a Year" winner will be chosen on the following day, January 1, 2008, if 300,000 are not received first.
To enter into the "Win a Combo Meal Prize Pack " contest, entrants must complete all ten trivia questions in the “Cheesy Gordita Crunch” e-mail between April 16th, 2004 and May 23rd, 2004. Entrants who do not complete all of the trivia questions shall be automatically disqualified. Only the first entry per email address will be allowed. Contest void where prohibited by law.
Mail-in entries for either contest should be mailed to: GenXmex Foods, Inc., 116C May Road, Wentzville, MO 63385. Limit one entry per person per day. Sponsor not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or that are misdirected or misrouted as a result of interrupted or unavailable network connections or Internet transmissions for any reason or for any computer, phone, or phone line hardware or software malfunction, failure or error of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Entries and registrations become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. PRIZE DETAILS: Each "Food for a Year" prize shall consist of fifty-two (52) coupons, each redeemable for one (1) Free Taco Bell® Combo Meal at participating GenXmex Foods Taco Bell® locations (Approximate Retail Value of prize: $260). Number of prizes to be awarded is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Ten (10) individuals shall be awarded one (1) "Combo Meal Prize Pack" consisting of four (4) certificates, each valid for one (1) Free Combo Meal at any GenXmex Foods, Inc. Taco Bell® location (Approx. “Prize Pack” Retail Value: $20). Each certificate restricted by the usage policy or policies stated on each certificate, including “Limit one coupon, per person, per visit.”
No substitutions or cash redemptions allowed by winner(s). In case of prize unavailability, Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Contact Sponsor for a complete list of participating restaurants. Limit one prize per family/household. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner.
3. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZE: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing for every three hundred thousand (300,000) eligible "Food for a Year" entries that are received by Sponsor, up to a maximum of thirty (30) winners/drawings.
Ten (10) “Win a Combo Meal Prize Pack” contest winners will be randomly selected from the list of completed trivia tests. The “Win a Combo Meal Prize Pack” contest is open to all residents of Missouri and Illinois states who are at least 18 years of age. Winners will be determined by a random drawing.
Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or letter, and may be posted on the GenXmex.com website within one (1) week of each random drawing. If an Internet entry is randomly selected as a winner, prize will be awarded to the registrant of that e-mail address regardless of the individual that submitted the entry. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Within one week of winner notification, winner shall execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/ publicity release. In the liability release, winner will agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its agencies from any injuries, damages, or losses which may be sustained in connection with the acceptance, ownership, use or misuse of the prize or participation in and/or travel to any prize-related activities. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery of prize from winner confirmation date.
4. ODDS OF WINNING: "Food for a Year": 1 in 300,000 or dependent upon number of entries submitted within the entry dates. "Win A Combo Meal Prize Pack": Odds of winning depends upon number of entries submitted.
5. ELIGIBILITY: “Free Food for a Year” sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents. “Win a Combo Meal Prize Pack” contest is open to all Missouri and Illinois state residents who are at least 18 years of age. All employees of Sponsor, its agencies, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, judging, promotion and production agencies and the immediate families and household members of each are ineligible. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's names and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and its affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors or any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the sweepstakes, and in any such event, Sponsor may rescind, cancel or revoke this sweepstakes and drawing without liability at its sole discretion. Any entrant that attempts to tamper with the sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. As a condition of entering this sweepstakes, participant agrees: (1) that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and, hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (4) to be bound by the rules set forth above. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited/restricted.
6. WINNER'S LIST: For name(s) of Prize winner(s) only, send a self-addressed, stamped business size (#10) envelope to "Sweepstakes Winners List Request" GenXmex Foods Inc., 116C May Road, Wentzville, MO 63385 by June 15th, 2005.
